Obtaining a data feed (also called data licensing, IDX feed, or even an API feed) from Central Texas MLS is extremely easy! A data feed allows you as a REALTOR® to pull listing information from the MLS and place it on your website! Central Texas has three different options that are readily available.

Setting Up Your Feed

  1. Use the built-in iframe options from Matrix. This is a free option that allows no customization. Instructions
  2. If you are working with a third-party vendor (which mean the data is not handled by you, your brokerage, or the MLS) to pull this data from CTXMLS to your website, please complete this form and return it to datafeeds@ctxmls.com. CTXMLS does not charge an additional fee to a subscriber for this service (however, your vendor might charge you a fee), and is extremely customizable.  List of Approved Vendors
  3. If you are an experienced coder, or you have a tech team within your brokerage, you have the option of managing your the data feed yourself. The cost for agents is $10.42 per month and $25 per month for brokers. To move forward with this type of feed, please complete this form and return it to datafeeds@ctxmls.com.
